Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston worked on Multics while they were still MIT students. Among other things they worked on developing LSS (Limited Services Subsystem) about which I remember very little. We often had some MIT students contributing to the development effort.

Wow, that's really strange. They took the video down. It was a TEDx talk, so I'm assuming it'll be back up shortly. I even went to the TED website, and it's pulling the same (absent) video from YouTube.

I'll try to update if it comes back.
