I tend to get into ruts for lunch things. If I don't have to think about where I go, I can spend more time out of the office. I discovered Rickshaw Dumpling Bar about a week after getting the job. Now I go there at least 3 days a week.

Rickshaw has *amazing* dumplings, and an innovative ordering mechanism. Everything is the same price. You can choose one of 8 varieties of dumplings, steamed or fried. For $3 extra you can add a soup or salad that has been tailored to the dumplings you've chosen. A moment later, you pick it up, and you can either eat there, or get it to take away.

Simple. Elegant. Yummy!
