I'm just sayin'.

In other news, it seems my ultra-heavy workouts in SF have allowed me to "kick a level" (to use gamer speak) locally. Today I did the full stack of weight (250) on the low-rows, as well as the lat pulldowns (front, only 210 rear... otherwise, I can't stay seated). I also did a new back exercise that involves high cables. Starting with your arms over your head, hands crossed (as you *shouldn't* be tied, if you're going to be suspended), you bring your arms down to your sides (basically a complex arcing lat pulldown). Wow, do they work! They're a compound exercise, so I highly suggest them for a good workout.

I have a deadline tomorrow, and I have too much work to do. This is going to be a bit.... difficult.
