Cardio Log Day 3 (late)

I was so exhausted at 3pm yesterday, that I fell into a coma for about 40 minutes, in the office. I wonder which client I should charge that to. I also fell asleep on the train, woke up at Port Chester (1 stop to go), then fell asleep again in the five minutes in between Port Chester and Greenwich. Realising that wasn't a good idea, I forced myself awake, and stood up for the 20 seconds left in the ride. Needless to say, I didn't get to the gym, *again*. Not thrilled about that, especially considering what I ate during the day. I did manage to eek out 150 situps, but that was about it.
Morning: Protein shake, 1 small slice of honey-grain boule w/ PB ~300cal
Lunch: Waldy's small pizza (sausage/peppers), house salad, lemonata beverage ~900 cal (total guess)
Dinner: leftovers from the thai food last night (very small portion) ~350 cal (guess)
Misc: 1 single venti skim sugar free no whip hot chocolate (mid morning, at work) ~250 cal (guess, based on 20oz skim milk, and 1oz espresso. The chocolate has no sugar, but still contains calories). The syrup is acaloric.
Total approx calories: 1800 (On the mark!)
150 Situps ~ -50 cal
I probably metabolise about 2200 calories a day "at rest" (guess based on non-gym-day weight measurements).
1750 - 2200 = –450 calories of fat burned (and probably a bit of muscle).
Total burned to date: 1835 calories
