After several days of cooking, the big day finally arrived. I woke up at 7am, took a shower, cleaned the house, and packed all the food into the car, and set on to Somerville, MA to ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
trapezebear's place. Traffic wasn't so bad, despite the punters.
The food turned out well, although the most difficult part was the co-ordination of all the parts. The turkey in particular was fantastic. Big thanks to Allan, Pepper, and Pete for making that happen, and tojoebehrsandiego for making the gravy, the key to bringing T-day dinner together.
Aside from it being Turkey day, it was alsobear_left's birthday. He's e'er inching toward that cliff!
I have amazing and wonderful friends, and for that I am most thankful.
