Alive? Kinda.
Dec. 28th, 2007 11:03 amAfter about 8 weeks of cardio, I've lost 12 "real" lbs, as approximately 2% bodyfat. The rest of that is probably muscle. Eight weeks of not lifting anything has made me *very* weak. I started lifting earlier this week. Did back first, and last night, I did chest. I'm down an insane amount of weight from peak, but I knew that would happen. I'll snap back, but for now, I am concentrating on reps, and wearing everything out.
While I am no longer doing cardio for 90 mins, I do plan on ending my workouts with about 15 mins on the arc-trainer, and squeezing out 200-300 weighted crunches. I can now do a set of 100 without stopping (@60lbs). Yay! My set of 100 is also *after* I do 100 (in sets of as much as I can do before the lactic acid buildup kills me) of 100lbs. The rest are short sets of 130-150lbs until I can no longer sit up.
Today I am dead. So. Very. Dead.
notdefined wants me to go to the gym with him. I may, I may not, depending on how dead I am later in the day.
We're also going to hit the bars later tonight. Anyone wanna mingle?
