[livejournal.com profile] jazzbearny posted the McCarthy transcripts of the interview/interrogation of Eric Kohler, an accountant who held governmental positions in prior years. It's long, but well worth the read. I even got Cliff to unlock the post so more could read it.

My XM subscription was "up" today. I got the renewal notice in the mail last week. The last year, I was on a *very* nice pricing scheme ($70 for a year), and I didn't want to re-up with the new pricing plan (roughly $160 a year). I rang them up telling them I wanted to cancel my subscription, and got sent to Retention.

After 2 minutes, I re-upped with my "old" plan.

Win. I got what I wanted, at a price I was willing to pay.
Win. They kept a customer, and my revenue.
