Had a pretty light workday. I had to give a semi-extemporaneous* presentation to the client, then hit the gym.

I've started my cardio phase again, although I am also doing serious lifting *as well* (for those who are curious, the cardio is always after the lifting). Today was biceps. Because this is a leaning programme, I am not taking in as many calories as I normally do. Now my arms feel like worthless flippers. Also tried a new cardio machine they put in. I call it "The Moon Man Machine". It's kinda like an arc-trainer, it's kinda like a treadmill, it's kinda like a stairmaster. It makes you feel like you're walking on the moon (cue The Police). So very strange, as it automatically adjusts to your stride. I'm *still* trying to figure out how it does that. It's a fantastic calorie burner though. I only did it for 20 minutes, and I was soaked to the bone. Then I hopped over to the stairmaster for another 20.

I'm ded. sleep now.

* "semi", as it was unprepared, although I knew the subject matter very well, as I wrote the document about which the presentation was based.
