Paul Simon in Concert

I just got back from seeing Paul Simon in concert at BAM with, and thanks to rogueboi. It's a small series, and Paul's doing of a lot of his old stuff, along with other bands. Some were known to me, however, I haven't seen any of them live until this evening. The Roches, alas, haven't aged well, and quite frankly, can no longer hit the high notes, nor stick their harmonies. A bit of a shame, really. The highlights, however, were many, including Amos Lee, whom I've liked for years, ever since his first album. I need to see him again in concert. Also smashingly good was Gillian Welch. Holy Crap!! If you haven't seen her live, do so NOW!!
