So Photo Booth magically fixed itself. I don't know how, but it works again. Very strange.

This shirt I got while seeing This American Life, probably about 5 years ago. OKGO was their "pet band". Now everyone knows OKGO from their super coolie You Tube video where they dance on the treadmill. I love the 70s style radiating typography, as well as how the shirt has aged over the years. None of this "buy it faux aged" crap. This shirt has seen thousands of washings, and the silkscreen is showing some serious signs of deterioration. Interestingly enough, there are no holes in the under-arms, unlike my beloved Triumph shirt.

In other news, I'm trying a new chocolate. It's another bar from New Tree http://newtree.com . A couple weeks ago, I purchased their dark chocolate and black currant bar, and became instantly enamoured. This time, it's their Vigor bar, which is infused with coffee. It's very good, although I prefer the currant bar. Both bars have a great snap, amazing flavour, and a deep chocolaty-ness you would expect from the Belgians.

This week at work will be pretty easy, although the next week promises already to be busier. For those of you that haven't been reading [livejournal.com profile] rockey1's posts from his holiday in Australia, or [livejournal.com profile] rsc and [livejournal.com profile] jwg's posts about their trip to Africa, or [livejournal.com profile] poodler's recent jaunt to my neck of the wood to see the Philip Johnson Glass House, you really owe it to yourself to do so. Friend them, if you haven't, as they're good folks, and I am sure they'd enjoy the new company!
