Dear Niki Leondakis; (COO of Kimpton Corporate)

My name is Christopher Harrington (Kimpton InTouch member: #########), and I would like to recount my recent unsatisfactory visits to two of your Boston area hotels: The Marlowe, in Cambridge, and the Onyx, in Boston proper on the dates October 1st 2010, through October 5th 2010.

Interestingly enough, there isn't an email address, or form for customer service. The only form on their website is a rather generic contact form to give feedback. I used that form, although with my letter weighing in at over 1,000 words, I decided that guessing the COO's email and sending it directly may also work. Why the COO? She's the only face I could find on their website even remotely related to customer service.
