Giving Birth
Apr. 3rd, 2011 01:04 amWell, after much delay, and sooooo many revisions, Apple has accepted the latest application made by me and the rest of the project team at Behavior for Cablevision:

Optimum for iPad on the iTunes App Store
It's funny. The most recent version of this app that I've been working on looks *nothing* like this**, and in fact has so many improvements, I'm a little embarrassed by this version, although very proud it finally launched, and of the efforts of the entire team.
The app requires a Cablevision/Optimum Online account, but does some pretty cool stuff:
* It has a TV guide for 6 weeks of material.
* It has a full list of On Demand titles
* DVR management
Oh, and it also streams live video!
** The original version of the app did far less than what it does today, in the release version. unfortunately, the UI wasn't really created with all that stuff in mind. The future version I've been working on takes all this into account, along with the HUGE amount of information we gleaned from our many days of user testing throughout the process.
