I didn't over-eat, but I still wanted to get my workout in. Surprisingly, there were *many* people at the gym. I always feel a bit guilty when there are a lot of people there, and I'm doing legs. I'm slow… VERY slow, so not only do I use most of the plates in the place, I keep them for awhile.

I didn't actually hit my goal of 1/2 ton, but I got close. 955 (9 45lb plates on each side, plus 100lbs up top, and 45 lbs for the sledge). I managed to do 7. I think if I didn't ramp up to this, I'd have enough energy reserves to go straight from my warmup sets (540lbs @ 10 reps, 2 sets) to 1000 lbs, but I work out alone, and I'm still a wee scared to do it (I'm still recovering from my biceps tendon re-attachment). Maybe next week I'll be less of a pussy.
