today, it's simply city council and school committee; in cambridge, we have proportional representation, so i get to vote for everyone running (i have to rank city council candidates from 1 to 18).
Left for work before the polls opened and it will be dicey trying to get back over there before I have to leave for the gym and then rehearsal. Hopefully work will give me a break. It looks like the result of the initiatives are pretty much sewn up with the correct result, but that is no reason not to vote. I should have taken Morgan's lead and registered for an absentee voter, but I like going to the polls.

sadly not that great a turn out. Out of 1600 registered voters, 444 voters came to the polls in the 13 hours we were open. ( there were numerous absentee ballots so the true count won't be know for awhile)
A tired puppy that is glad to be home spending time with my puppy. She, as always, greeted me a a conqueror. I am a lucky fella
