I went to the gym in Stamford today, and did a chest workout. Chest has always been difficult for me, as my triceps tend to take over, and I have to consciously make sure I am pulling with my pectorals, rather than pushing with my arms. Weight-wise, it wasn't a good day at all, so I made up for it in endless sets, and various positions (incline, flat, decline, cable, dumbbell, etc.).

After the workout, I grabbed a protein drink, and stopped at Tower Records to pick up some DVDs, and a new CD from Regina Spektor. They only had the "special edition" of the CD, which was $5 more, and didn't give me anything I wanted, so I opted to download it from somewhere in the near future (ahem).

The DVDs I picked up were "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang", "The World's Fastest Indian", and Sarah Silverman's "Jesus is Magic". Of course, I have a giant backlog of DVDs, but I'd rather buy them on sale, and not watch them for awhile, than wait, and buy them each for $10 more.

The DVD backlog is partially due to my home theatre not being located in *my* home. There wasn't room to move it to Greenwich (5 Nautilus 800 series speakers from B&W, plus amp/pre/etc, and my television: 32" Sony Wega XBR with the 16:9 squeeze.), and partially due to the fact that Bill doesn't really enjoy movies like I do. Every time I try to get hom to watch something I really enjoy, he falls asleep about 10 minutes into the show. Admittedly, it's a bit frustrating.
