Calling all Warcrafters…

Now that I am in the 50s, I thought I'd start a "serious" (Alliance) guild in Gilneas.

Why?

Because I crave shiny things, and chances are pretty good, you do as well. The guild will have these purposes:

1) Advancing Professions

2) Leveling lower-level characters

and when we have enough 60+ characters

3) Bigtime Raid instances like Molten Core

4) Battlegrounds PVP


I think it's important to recruit all levels, classes, and professions, with the higher level characters having Officer/Squad Leader positions.

"Serious" in my mind doesn't mean gaming all night every night, but it does mean putting in time to further the health and welfare of the guild (helping people with quests, materials, etc). We will also have regular scheduled Raid events.

If you are interested, let me know your existing Gilneas toon, and if you're not on Gilneas, make a new toon, and post here. Also, tell your friends! We'll need 60-80 people to do MC and the Outland end-game instances.

We moved all our characters off that server because of the population problems. There were nights we'd have to wait 20 minutes to login due to queues.

Yeah... I considered doing that as well, since they were going to make the split. They never made the split, and not Gilneas is pretty empty. This means everything is insanely expensive on AH. ::sob::.

Since then, I've never been in a queue (just fyi).

Reid and I are in the most kick-ass guild on Gilneas. I'll happily make another toon and join a guild if you want to make one, but I'm sure you're welcome to join this one. They do raids and instances all the time. Plus we're in good with the leaders of the guild. :)

Lemme know either way. I have a 16(ish) - I don't remember the actual level - Warlock who'd love to get it up.

Oh, yeah? I wondered about that. My guild (the one I am in currently) totally sucks, and it doesn't seem that others are into the same things that I am (basically BG, and high end crafting and instances).

What's your guild, and are they taking giant DPS Ret-spec high level paladins?

Oh, and I'll be happy to help your warlock get it up ;-)

Actually, I only have one toon now, but I am considering going warlock for my next. It seems like a fun class.

I think I do want to do the guild thing, as I *love* setting up such things from scratch and watching them grow. I've got a few ideas, and I'd like to see if they play out properly.
