I thought it'd be smart to wear warm, lined trousers.

Now I get to be wet all day!

For those not in the NYC metro area, it's raining frogs. There is a flood watch for *all* of CT (yes, I know CT is a small state, but still, that almost never happens). For those who care, my house isn't in any danger, as it's at the top of a hill.

The train was 30 minutes late. The 4/5/6 train wasn't running due to a "sick passenger", but I took the Shuttle/R/W today, as I wasn't going to slog across Manhattan.

The 1 train wasn't running below Chambers because of--get this!--water on the tracks. "Customers" (when did they stop being passengers?) were advised to "utilize" (I hate it when people erroneously use that word instead of "use"--it doesn't make them look smart at all!) the W to go to Whitehall St. Considering how the 2/3 was running, maybe I should have done that.

Rain Rain Rain
