I'm Baaaaaack
Aug. 5th, 2005 01:14 amI trust everyone behaved whilst I was gone.
I did have a lovely time in Wellfleet, although any more time up there, and all my plants would have died. It was wonderful to visit Bill and David, as it has been about 8 months since I've seen them last. We went to many beaches, all very secluded. I felt like a little kid again.
As it stood, I did wind up hopping over to PTown Wednesday –just for a quick few hours. I wound up stopping over to the HRC store to renew my membership. I also saw the coolest thing: hand-made soap in the shape/style of the leather pride flag. At first I thought, "how cute!"... then I picked it up, and gave it a sniff. It smelled like leather.... just like my closet! I then spent the next 5 minutes sniffing it. I left with two shirts, and a baseball cap (given for free as a gift for membership, but chosen by me.. haven't owned a hat in about 30 years.)
I stopped by the bakery and picked up some *amazing* cinnamon sticks. They made for a very good dessert.
Oh.. and I may have some pics to share.. nothing *too* interesting, but I'll post them when I get them done.
Signing off.
