Dinner: Steak Tacos

Bill's last night in the US for a few weeks (he's going to Thailand and Vietnam for work). I decided to do a little "nova cucina" take on steak tacos. It was super simple to make, and wonderful to eat.

Marinaded Skirt Steak (local organic, grass-fed beef, soy, champagne vinegar, garlic, olive oil, lime, worcestershire sauce), caramelised onions, roasted red pepper, roast jalapeño, grilled cherry tomato, cotija cheese, organic corn tortillas (I didn't make the tortillas).
