Summer Fun Mix! (Beta)
Jul. 11th, 2010 10:09 pmI am sure you have a few songs you've deemed as "summer songs" — songs that somehow sound *better* when it's hot out, and the days are long. I made a small sub-90 minute mix (so you can put it on your 90 minute Maxell tapes!). This is beta… I'm still fiddling with the order, but I like the eclectic nature of the songs. I have however, killed some songs that weren't working at all, even though I really enjoy listening to them in the summer. Perhaps I'll make a bonus playlist.
Here's the list:
If you're interested in giving it a go, click on the link. I'm going to make it available for a short time, so DL now. The file doesn't include an m3u (playlist) file, as I can't seem to figure out how to make them work properly on other machines (it seems they want a full file path, and that's obviously going to be different on every machine). Just arrange the songs in the order you see above (also in the zip file).
"Little Ghost" is a bonus track. It's one of those odd songs I'll put on endless repeat and go into a trance.
Some of the artists will be familiar. Some may not. Give them a few listens. Let me know what you think!
