While I thought the winners were good, they had nothing on the runner-up. They got straight up robbed.

Oh, and next week's show.... FA-BYOU-LASS ::sparkle::

Discuss!!

The runners-up had a nice silhouette, but that was about it for me. I really loved the winners' creation (and not just because I want to fuck like Keith).

This is the first time we've watched it. I thought the runner-up dress was amazing but what won was both cool and fit the requirements better.

I'm glad that blonde woman went home because she tried to pin her ugly choices on her teammate. He may be a wanker but he was only responsible for the skirt. The tanned boy's stuff was weird but not _bad_ like hers was and I think he got credit for saying that it was his choices and if someone was going to get sent home it was him.

I am totally calling bullshit on that elimination.  At least Kelli tried to do something within the scope of the challenge.  Tanorexic’s outfit reeked of ASS.

I had no objection to either of the top two, though I do agree that the other piece was closer to a real day-to-night look.  Too much flounce to be boardroom serious in the other outfit.

I liked the runner up dress better, but I have to admit that Keith's design was pretty innovative. I liked the polymorphic blouse. So I could see the judges giving him a bit extra because of that.

I kind of think I would have sent Blaine packing though ... I think they must have given him extra points for drama.

I want to examine Keith's tats (and other parts) up close so I'm glad he won. Blaine's staying is purely producer interference. Someone (mistakenly) thinks, "Holla atchoo boy" is the next "fierce."

Yeah, Blaine is clearly there to be the reality show contestant.

No immunity on this one so should have been a tie. Good shit for a change...and a realistic challenge.

As for next week, I've now started to turn off the TV when they begin to preview the next weeks challenge.

Guessing was part of our fun ritual. We're going to try and keep it going as long as we can.

It was the best so far (glad I watched). And next week should be fun or Drag-U-Lass :)

I don't understand the allure of a skirt that starts right beneath your boobs and looks like layers of brown toilet paper. The polymorph blouse elicited an audible gasp from me, but other than that, I wanted the runners-up to win. And I wanted "high fashion" Daniel to go home.

Also, I didn't think Blaine's was awful per se; I loved the color of the shirt. I blame Brooke Shields for choosing him to make drama an outfit for her with bermuda shorts. I mean, c'mon!

But he did make an appearance, so that's a Good Thing(tm). Perhaps Lady Bunny, or Tra La Trash?

Yeah, I suppose Ru is more "mainstream accessible".

And while we *love* her, I thought it would be more interesting with some "local drag flavour".

I'm calling PR out

Not to mention that the show's essentially physiofascist, Ru's size 5 is considered better than Chris' (and many other drag queens') size 50. Despite all its "pushing the envelope" posturing, PR is all about supporting and not challenging capital-F Fashion's status quo -- cf. a past season's episode of designing for women who had lost a lot of weight, and not for women who had put on 20 pounds after having a couple of babies "but still wanted to look attractive and stylish."

Now back to our afternoon movie matinee of Lord of the Flies....

I loved the runner up! Though I liked the skirt of the winning design, I wasn't feeling the fabric pattern of the shirt.

I AM SO EXCITED FOR NEXT WEEK. I love Chris March.

Ok I finally watched all the episodes

I agree but both were nice. Much nicer than the tacky jeans.

As soon as I saw Brooke Shields I began putting together Kathy Griffin's monologue for next season.
