That was possibly the worst runway show ever. The advert with Bad Mommy had a better dress than anything that went down in Bryant Park.

Now back to CNN/CSPAN

Here’s hoping that someone has the decency to slit the show’s throat now.  I’m not counting on the Weinsteins to have the realistic awareness that the brand is shot to hell, though.

I thought it was the least professional show PR put on at Bryant Park, and not just in terms of the fashion. What happened to the dramatic lighting and introductions? Heidi didn't have a "spiel" this year either- She just kind of walked out, smiled and casually welcomed the crowd. Funding may have been an issue, but that's just speculation.

The only reason I show concern is because this is currently the only thing I watch on TV. ;)

OMG, they had Tim Gunn as a judge!?

Can we do a scan to make sure that was not a budget thing? I thought they would have had one of the previous seasons contestants at least. I suspect this is a sign of shark jumpage. (not that we needed any more!)

Well, Heidi mentioned that JLo was supposed to be the special guest judge, but she hurt her foot or somesuch, so it seemed like a last minute thing. That said, many prior-season PR folks were in attendance, and they could have done it.

That foot thing just did not fit the JLo profile.

it's not like she would have been walking the runway after all. So I figured a foot injury would not keep a slugabed like me away, so why would it keep her away?
