Dawning of a New ERA

To my dear friends in CA, my deepest condolences to you on this day. Popular vote should *never* be able to deny fundamental human rights to its people.

From the other side of the country, I bring you hope. In New England, we have two states that have stood up to the bigotry and hatred, and decided that *all* Men are equal under the law. We have fought, and won, and we will continue the fight for our brothers and sisters in the rest of the country.

Today, we came across some setbacks, but now is not the time to give up. Now is the time to continue to march on. Our voice will not be denied. We are proud. We are strong. We are legion. We will be victorious.

My love to you, my brothers and sisters. On this day. Everyday. Stay strong.

Thank you so much Christopher. It is far from over and sadly, it will probably get much worse before it gets better. It will get better though, we just have to hold on until then.

Just wait until Obama gets a chance to shape the Supreme Court. Things will start to improve soon enough. We won't have to wait for the ignorance of the last generation to die off.

Greta blog buddy, I am enjoying reading your posts. This is truly terrible what happened in CA. I live in England but I have family there and I have been following this. I just wish I was there to stand with all the other people against the injustice of it all.
