All Meetings All the Time

I'm in meetings all day today. Then, later in the after-noon, I go to a client site for *another* meeting, until I go home and to the gym to lift heavy things.

I was sick over the week-end, mostly due to pollen induced headaches and congestion, which meant I didn't get to the gym. Today, that means I can either resume my schedule, or restart it for my normal Monday routine.

So, a poll, Should I do triceps, or skip triceps, and do back?

All right, it's clearly time for me to step away from the computer for a bit. I saw "triceps", and having just read (and commented on) this post I was thinking about dinosaurs.

Now can you folks understand why I was smiling when I woke up in my hotel room and saw THIS looking at me.

Waves of envy heading your way...You'd better duck cause they leave bruises!

I'm sturdy. :) Oh, and don't be envious. Christopher and I share a common spirit about many things. It was my first visit to NYC in 30 years and he was being my tour guide. I would think that when you spend time with the man that what meets the eye is just the tip of the iceberg and that listening is the most enlightening thing you can do. Well, getting lost in those grey eyes isn't bad either. :)

Yes...Good thing he's on the other coast. I'd probably get hopelessly smitten.

And then there is the voice. If British accents trip your trigger......

Christopher is a great friend and has been for over 4 years now. (Thank you LJ) One thing you find out quickly with him, there is very little n this universe that he doesn't know something about and a great deal that he is quite versed in . As I said, listening to him is a fascinating journey all on its own.

I've already garnered that fact... I think we could probably spend a month discussing contemporary architecture alone...

One area of which I know *nothing* is horticulture. I *almost* understand how not to kill things.

Oh good...Something I could actually teach you about. I'm sure I'd learn LOTS from you.

What's your usual workout schedule? Just curious..>I usually do back and biceps one day, chest and tri's the other, and calves WHENEVER I see "muscles on a stick". (I do calves A LOT).

I would recommend, instead, an aromatherapy-oil shower massage given by a handsome, muscular, and passionate gardener who lives in Portland, Or. (but who listens to me, eh?)

Thanks for the photo...They never fail to improve my spirits...especially on Monday.

When did you last do chest? You should really try to burn up those pecs for a few days. Oh, my abs and arms are barking today. I'll work it out tonight though. :)
