The morning commute was interesting. The train was a bit late coming into Greenwich, but nothing too bad. However, it was also short 2 cars, which meant that the normally SRO train was REALLY FUCKING SRO this morning. And I am wearing my tall boots.
Then, just after 125th street, we got a report of signal problems, which wound up making our train about 20 minutes late getting into Grand Central Terminal. Standing for that long in these boots is… unfortunate.
That said, the remainder of the day should go rather smoothly. I only have 2 interviews today, and a couple of internal meetings on upcoming projects. I think we'll also hear about the results of some of our recent pitches. Some I am excited to win. Others I wouldn't mind losing, as I don't think they were originally scoped well by the (potential) client.
