Going to an IXDA meeting tonight. Hopefully it will be better than the UPA meeting last week. I also recorded a podcast yesterday as a test run. The production was pretty good, although I forgot how much I 'um' a lot.

Still need an articulated arm and shockmount for the mics. Hand holding them *sucks* (The Blue mic has a stand, but my SM58 doesn't).

Even though it's officially 'Summer', Summer doesn't really start here until the middle of July. If the clouds stay away long enough we might hit 70 today. I heard the furnace kick on this morning, and I thought "Furnace? June? WTF?"

It's going to be in the very high 80s, and 90s this week, with insanely high humidity in NYC. Not fun!

I don't mind the cold. I can always bundle up, but I can only get so naked.

tdjohnsn are interested, I'll be in PDX for Oregon Brewer's Festival. It's only an Amtrak away =)

I'd had that same thought when you mentioned the festival earlier, but the dates of OBF coincide exactly with the arrival of houseguests for that weekend. Maybe we'll make it to the East Coast someday.
