PTown and The Cape: Advice needed.

I only rarely go to The Cape, mostly because I only ever go to stay with friends, and often my schedule doesn't work out. However, I want to go up sometime in late august/early september. My problem is I haven't the foggiest idea as to where to stay. I normally stay in Wellfleet where my friends Bill and David had a cottage/cabin share, but they aren't there this year. I'll have a car, so transport isn't a problem.

Any ideas about a hotel/motel/cabin for a week-end for two?
