Daily Pic: Falling Asleep

Last night I hit the gym… chest day. It wasn't a bad workout, actually. I was able to bump up some of the weights, just as I was able to last week when it was a back day. I'm starting to get back to what I used to do, although not quite with the same reps. I should start doing more leg exercises, but I'm still a bit scared to do them since "the incident". I know I've lost a lot of both strength and mass in my legs, but they haven't become chicken legs… yet.
I spent the remainder of the evening in Lightroom working on the images from the concert, but didn't really post anything. I did manage however, to post a very amusing pic of my (straight) friend Michael.

I also realised that any JPEG output from Lightroom is effectively useless as a baseline going into Photoshop for additional retouching. It is however, perfectly fine to "Edit in Photoshop", and round-trip. I'm still working out the new workflow. I think ideally, I wouldn't RT at all, but rather go from camera to Lightroom, to Photoshop, then output to JPEG for the web.
Today I've got a bunch of stuff to do for various clients. All fun stuff, but some "cleanup", as well.
Any other Lightroom users in the audience? What's your workflow? I picked up a pretty good LR book, but there are a few things I'd like to do with the app, but can't figure out how to do it (like how to export to a JPEG with a 2pt rule around the image, or put a copyright watermark in a specific location). Advice would be appreciated.
