Bill's B-Day Dinner

So instead, I made him dinner.
Course one:
Spicy tuna tartare on endive "spoons"
Course two:
Asian spice rubbed seared tuna with baby bok choy and mango pepper salsa.
Course three
Dark chocolate with toasted almonds and salt.
Tasty.
