The Vanity of an Ancient King

So it appears there is a bit of a meme going around. People are linking to their first LJ entries. I found this fascinating, as I almost never look back at what I've written, and when I do, it's only within recent history.

Of course, I haven't been posting much recently. I blame work, but really, it's been a combination of things. When I looked at my first post, I was shocked how amazing it is that I am still in touch with most of those who replied in those early days. I was also shocked to realise that I posted three times that day.
