I recently changed my workout routine, and I've found I need much more sleep than I've been getting. I don't think I actually woke up this morning. Getting to work, and typing all this is merely muscle memory.
I've been pretty good as of late. Normally I get sick at the change of seasons, but lately, I've been fit as a horse, even when everyone around me has Martian Death Flu.
Yeah. The idiot that I am, should realize that I really should be getting more sleep, since I am working out more (I average 6-7 hrs of sleep). Maybe that's why my colds keep returning :(. I need to stop watching the Late Show, and stay off-line :)
Yeah, you really need 8+ hours. Also, try and figure out your circadian rhythm. You want to wake up on an up-cycle, not a down-cycle. You can actually be OK with *less* sleep, if you wake up on an up-cycle. Conversely, you will be groggy all day if you get more sleep, but wake on a down-cycle.

Tell me again, please
Would my purchasing one of those grossly overpriced reusable clear Girl Drink canisters be silly? I.e. defeats the whole purpose.
Let's go STARBUCKSing soon, M. Octothorpe.
