Dan Update

Note: About 8am this morning, I became violently ill, most likely due to a salad I had for dinner the night prior. I couldn't hold anything — not even water — down for more than an hour. As of right now, I've been able to keep about 2oz of gatorade and 2oz of water down. I'm still insanely weak, but I think it's over. I apologise for not getting back to everyone, but I was almost totally immobilised.

Dan Update

For those that don't yet know, Dan broke is kneecap a few days ago, and the cause of death seems to be a pulmonary embolism.

I wish to give thanks for everyone who has replied, and everyone who has posted in honour of Dan's passing.

He was a sentinel, and he will be missed.

I didn't know Dan as well as I would have liked, but loved his wit, smarts, and taste in questionable taste.
May you move quickly from mourning the loss to celebration of the fabulousness that was Dan.
