Week 4 Complete

Week 4 of the new workout routine (reducing/cutting) has ended, and I am about 6.5kg down from when I started. Considering this was supposed to be the halfway mark, I don't think I'll actually meet my goal, but I will consider this a successful experiment. I may extend it into 12 weeks.
I don't crave carbs, but I *do* miss being able to lift heavy weights. I'm looking forward to the next lifting cycle.
